Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Requests received after 30 days may be declined.

Condition of Returns

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Compressors must not be installed, opened, or modified.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may be reduced by the restocking fee and any shipping costs.
