Tribal Lace Bell-Bottom Pants [PNT-29]

This particular style of pants has become extremely popular in the Tribal community. PNT-29 is similar to garter pants, except the leggings are not detachable from the shorts, making it easier to do a quick costume change during a performance! The lacework covers the upper leg, with a black fabric flare resting at ankle height.
