Nancy Ajram: Ah w Noss

Nancy Ajram in a few short years has risen to become the reigning queen of Middle Eastern pop. Hit song after hit song- infectious rhythms driven by an amazing dynamic voice has made this Lebanese singer the most sought after artist in the Arab world. Ah w Noss is the first mainstream release in the U.S. and will undoubtedly open the doors for American ears to fall in love with her as others have done elsewhere in the world. At the age of twelve, she participated in a TV program called "Noujoum Al Mostakbal", where she won a golden medal / Tarab category. Later on she started studying vocal and music theory with the best music teachers in Lebanon. Although she was less than 18 years old, the syndicate of professional artists in Lebanon accepted her as a member because they found her to be an exceptional talent and deserved to be qualified as a professional artist. Nancy launched her first album " Mouhtagalak" in 1998, then in 2001 she launched her second album "Shil Oyounak Ani." With the release of "Ah w Noss" internationally, Nancy Ajram had the breakthrough success that would make her a certifiable pop star.
