DESERT ROSES 4 is the latest in this highly successful series of Middle Eastern music and East-West fusions for the "Western" ear. Several tracks are exclusive to this CD. "Zeina", the Reggaeton beat track version of a well-known Arab standard is danced to by the Bellydance Superstars in their current show. It is finally available, but only on THIS album. "Sirens of Atlantis" by Galactic Caravan is also unavailable on any other CD. The album opens with the fantastic Latifa doing an up-tempo "put on your dancin' shoes" track and ends with the sensual "La Zaalen", from the avant garde Lebanese duo Soap Kills.
