The fabric is a matte black with tiny silver speckles and small clear rhinestones scattered all over.   Major decoration feature are the large turquoise colored oval stones (1-1/4 x 7/8 inch) surrounded by a/b rhinestones, 7 around the waist and 4 on the bra. plus pale blue and ab bead chains.
